Determination of tellurium equivalents in bacterial sediments from E. coli growth in anaerobic and aerobic conditions. Bacteria were grown and treated with tellurite in the presence or absence of oxygen for 30 and 60 min and the intracellular content of tellurium was determined by ICP-OES atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The values on the bars correspond to the p-value obtained from one way-ANOVA and post hoc analysis FDR correction. The results represent the average of 3 independent trials ± SD
